ChamberWest Business Development Director
We’re looking for a results-driven, community-minded Director of Business Development to grow membership, deepen engagement, and represent our Chamber in the business community. This role combines strategic sales, community outreach, and event leadership—all while making a tangible impact in our region.
What You’ll Do
? Build strong relationships with prospective and current members
? Drive membership growth through networking, outreach, and referrals
? Lead sponsorship efforts for Chamber events and programs
? Collaborate with volunteers to execute high-impact events
? Represent the Chamber at local events, meetings, and in the community
? Help members maximize their investment through engagement and resources
? Use CRM tools to manage accounts, track progress, and report on performance

?? 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or chamber experience

?? Able to work occasional evenings/weekends for events
