Somatic practices help reconnect your body and mind, clearing energetic blocks tied to scarcity, fear, or unworthiness. Try this simple daily sequence (5–10 minutes):

  • Week 1: Grounding & Safety – Stand barefoot on the ground. Breathe deeply into your belly. Tap lightly on your chest and thighs while repeating: “I am safe to receive.”

  • Week 2: Releasing Shame – Do gentle hip circles while breathing into your lower belly. As you move, say aloud: “I release what no longer serves me.”

  • Week 3: Opening the Heart – Stretch your arms wide, open your chest, and take deep inhales. Visualize abundance flowing in. Affirm: “I am worthy of receiving.”

  • Week 4: Rooting Abundance – Sit cross-legged and place your hands on your lower belly. Feel the connection to the earth and say: “Abundance is my natural state.”
