Thursday, August 11th at 12:00 p.m. ChamberWest is partnering with BoxFinancial (BoxFin) to provide an informational webinar discussing the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). The ERC is an employee payroll tax credit that was introduced by the CARES Act. It is the largest tax credit ever issued by the IRC, and small to medium sized businesses (SMB) have been receiving substantial credits. Below is an outline of what you can expect during the webinar.

This webinar will provide an overview of the Employee Retention Credit as it pertains to SMB companies. It will cover:

• Where the ERC came from and it’s legislative changes along the way 
• A digestible, detailed description of the ERC tax credit and how it is calculated
• Qualification regarding SMB companies?
• What to look for when selecting a provider
