Eight medical cannabis "pharmacies" will open in March of 2020.  Although medical cannabis has been legal since December of 2018\, employers must be ready to properly respond to and manage employees who qualify to use medical cannabis. This session will provide situational guidance to employers in three key areas of compliance.  It will also guide employers to balance safety concerns\, legal obligations\, and employee retention.
