Secure your spot in the Women in Business Golf Clinic on May 24^th, scheduled at The Ridge Golf Club from 11:15 – 3:00 pm.  Since business happens on the golf course, this is a great opportunity to network with other women while either learning key elements of golf or fine tune your golf skills and expertise.  The Small Business Development Series Breakfast is scheduled on May 25^th from 8:30 – 10:00 am on the topic of “Revenue is Vanity, Profit is Sanity, but Cash Flow is the Reality!”.  This is a great collaborative program directed towards small business owners or managers. 
 
The ChamberWest Golf Tournament is scheduled on June 15^th at Stonebridge Golf Club.  We are looking forward to this annual event that draws 180+ golfers and 30+ sponsors that we spread out over 27 holes at one of our beautiful local courses.  Last year, our golfers took advantage of a fun day of networking and relationship building and we are expecting another successful year!  We are actively seeking sponsorships for this signature event and would welcome your participation.  Information is available at:  https://chambermaster.blob.core.windows.net/userfiles/UserFiles/chambers/3110/File/22CWgolfflyer04221.pdf.
           
Many thanks to Ben Horsley, Michael Anderson, John Wilson, and the entire Job Fair Committee who planned and executed another very successful job fair last week!  We appreciate the continued support of our strong partners which included the Granite School District, Jordan School District, Salt Lake Community College, and Utah Department of Workforce Services.  Thanks to our major event sponsors:  City Journals, Visit Salt Lake, the Utah Building and Construction Trades Council and the Utah Department of Corrections for their great support!   With such a low unemployment rate, we continue to see strong competition for the available workforce and appreciate the opportunity to connect workforce with employers.
