There are many opportunities to engage in Chamber programs and events for 2023!  We just celebrated our change in leadership at the Inaugural Annual Membership Meeting last week with an exciting toast to 2023.  As we look to the near future and to the remainder of the year, there are some exciting opportunities. 
 
The Women in Business Professional Growth Series Luncheon is scheduled for next Tuesday, February 14.  Join colleagues and friends at the “What Women in Business Want” event.  We will be exploring current topics of interest as we participate in a fun interactive live survey exercise.  Our emcee for the event, Nick Markosian will also share insights on the importance of strong women in his organization and the impact it has had on the health of his company.  Register today at:  Women in Business Luncheon.
 
Hot off the press is information for the upcoming ChamberWest International Trip to Italy.  We will be visiting Rome, Siena, Pisa, Florence, Venice, and Milan.  This ChamberWest trip features roundtrip international airfare & tax on Delta and affiliate airlines, deluxe tour package, 4&5 staff hotel accommodations, breakfast and lunch daily, deluxe bus, fluent English-speaking tour guides, and entrance fees to attractions. The Legislative Affairs Committee is meeting twice weekly to meeting with legislators and to review and take positions on bills impacting business in our area.  If you have legislation impacting your business and would like us to consider a position on it, please feel free to reach out with the information.  You can view the 98 bills currently on the tracker at 2023 CW Bill Tracker.
