Starting in 2004, President Aaron Meier and CEO Merlin Jensen have grown the Complete Recovery family from 4 employees to over 100. Through their efforts, Complete Recovery has been named to Inc. Magazine's Fastest 5000 Growing Companies three years running and was recognized as one of Utah's Fastest Growing Companies.  They have shown a commitment to their team as well as to the community, creating an atmosphere of inclusion and respect for the individual. Most recently, Complete Recovery was recognized as a Bicycle Friendly Business - Bronze Level by the League of American Bicyclists, sponsored a Make a Wish recipient and gathered and donated 6000 items of clothing in support of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Utah.
