  • Customer Service Week (October 7-11): A week dedicated to recognizing the vital role that customer service plays in businesses and celebrating the people who support and serve customers every day.
 
  • Manufacturing Day (October 4): A day to spotlight the manufacturing industry, its importance to the economy, and the diverse career opportunities within the field.
 
  • National Boss’s Day (October 16): A chance to honor and appreciate the leadership, guidance, and support provided by bosses and managers in the workplace.
 
  • Women in Small Business Month (October): Throughout October, we recognize and celebrate the significant contributions of women entrepreneurs and small business owners who continue to drive innovation and growth.
